Macerated for a week. The wine is clear in the glass, golden yellow in color with green reflections. It is fruity and pleasantly fresh thanks to the white peach and apple, and a little bit from the orange and the orange peel. The taste has a hint of almond, as well. In the mouth the wine is dry and fresh, the fruity notes are repeated, the citrus is beautifully expressed. The pleasant aftertaste is bitter and mineral from the almond.
White wines


Emilio is a “jakot”, a former Tocai Friulano. The wine is clear in the glass, with a transparent golden yellow color. The bouquet comes from yellow flowers and herbs, especially thyme, but also grapefruit and almonds, with a touch of smoke. The wine is soft in the mouth, with floral-herbaceous notes. It is also mineral, especially with its almond-honey aftertaste.

The pinot grigio was macerated for about a month. The wine is clear, with a gentle copper color. It is fruity thanks to the more bitter pears (“tepke”), the peach, the melon and the grapefruit. There is a hint of herbs. It is warm, ripe and wide in the mouth. You can taste southern fruit. The wine is a little creamy, and it has just the right freshness. The aftertaste is fruity and somewhat mineral.

Sparkling wine produced with the classical method without the addition of liqueur. The wine is crystal-clear in the glass, and is straw-colored. The chains of tiny bubbles are intense. Tones of biscuits, pear, peach and tangerine-orange are interspersed when you smell it. The sparkling wine fills the mouth nicely, it is dry and clean, tasting a little of apple and peach, with a fresh, pleasant aftertaste.

They call her the queen of the Gorizia Hills. It is one of the oldest varieties and, due to its good genetic characteristics, it is also the most promising variety in this wine-growing region. Ribolla is characterized by a full body and its many minerals, and to top it all off, the wine is also pleasantly fresh. Therefore, we can produce dry, sweet wines as well as premium sparkling wines. We also produce juice from it.
