Filip White
Ribolla, macerated for 6 months. The wine is amber colored in the glass. The bouquet is intense and wide, of ripe apricots, peaches, pears and melons, and somewhat of lemon, as well. Sweet spices, especially cloves, and a bit of a savory are noticeable, too. In the mouth, the wine is warm, fruity, slightly tannic and pleasantly fresh. Each sip calls for the next.
